Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia, excluding bulky, oversized, heavy, or fragile items. These items are marked as “In-store pick up only”.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship overseas through this website. However, if you are interested in an item, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Order Processing
Standard processing time for orders is Same days.

Third-Party Couriers
By placing an order, you agree that your details (name, contact number, delivery address) may be provided to our third-party couriers for delivery purposes.

Delivery Timeframes
While we aim to deliver your order within the quoted timeframe, delays may occasionally occur. We will endeavour to inform you of any extended delays. Questions about delivery can be directed to sales@evermoresw.com.au.

Signature Requirement
All deliveries require a signature to ensure the parcel reaches the correct person. This is included in the delivery fee.

Bulky/Heavy/Fragile Items
Items that cannot be shipped via standard couriers will require a quote. Please email sales@evermoresw.com.au for a shipping cost, which must be paid before dispatch.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Evermore SW purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

Notification
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your items via email (sales@evermoresw.com.au) or phone.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind.
  • Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items or online promotion items are final sale; no returns, exchanges, or credits apply.

Handmade Items Disclaimer
Many Evermore SW products are handcrafted, so slight natural variations may occur. These are not defects but part of what makes each piece unique.


Return Conditions

For postal returns, email sales@evermoresw.com.au to notify us. Once approved, exchanges or store credits will be processed. Any additional delivery fees for exchanges must be paid prior to dispatch of the new item.

Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery or purchase.

Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required.

Pierced jewellery, swimwear, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
